The Clampdown began in the summer of 2002. Two friends that were warm up buddies on the JV baseball team discovered that they both loved music Their dream took off into a band that played multiple shows almost every weekend and a list of over 200 shows. They rattled off 75 shows in one year alone in 2005. The Clampdown's shows were high energy . They played outsider rock n roll for the outsiders.
